‘A noisy game of lottery tickets’ – Regency games evening – 7.30pm (duration 2½ hours)
Jane Austen was known to be particularly adept at both cup and ball, and spillikins. Lydia Bennet was very fond of lottery tickets whilst whist, hazard and other dice games were also Austen family favourites. Join in the fun and try your hand at these and other amusements. Ticket includes buffet supper.
The venue is reached by stairs and regrettably unsuitable for wheelchairs of people with mobility difficulties as there is no lift.
